This post is about the dvd I watched last week end. The dvd is called Dynasty Dysected Volume 1. It is a very very cool paintball dvd.

This are the so-called cast on this particular dvd. This are all the paintball pro-players.

Team Dynasty

Kevin Bredthauer
Brian Cole
angel Fragoza
Alex Fraige
Ryan Greenspan
Oliver Lang - Too bad he left Team Dynasty
Richard Loughran
Todd Maritinez
Jonny Perchak
Yoshio Rau
Rodney Squires

Inside the Dvd, they teach you on the basic things about paintball marker. The barrel, the body, the loader, barrel bag, paintball mask for safety. It also teahces us how properly set up your paintball marker.

How do you know whether is the correct way?

Hold your paintball marker and bend your hand 90 degree, if the bottle meets the break of you arm it shows that you are very clever:)- your marker is properly set up.

They also teach you on individual skills. Skills like accuracy ... Etc

Accuracy is very important. You can't really do much without it., obviously.

When it comes to improving accuracy, holding your paintball marker also comes into play, I mean besides practicing a lot.

How do you hold your paintball marker correctly?

You must attach the back on the paintball marker in the same line of your nose, between your eyes, so that you can see properly with both eyes and have a clear shot.

Do not aim with your one eye closed or anything. Even when you are running and shooting at the same time, that position must be always the same.

Always practice, practice, practice. You can always practice you with few objects like bottles, cones... etc

You must not kneel both of your knees when you do snap shooting. Just in case you don't know what is that, snap shooting means make one shot and then quickly hide into the bunker, and doing it repeatedly.

You can always find some friends to prractice running and shooting - we call it jousting drill.

Another practice you can consider is the four corner. It is the same as running and shooting but four person are doing it. Two person will be in one side and two on the other. Both teams must run to the other end and shoot each other at the same time. Do not stop if you get hit. The importance of this practice is to train your accuracy.

Posting up and wrapping helps you to over power your opponent. It is also good when you want to forward to another bunker.

Always remember not to let your opponents move forward. If he over powered you and tries to move forward to an upper bunker. You can always use the sweep spot, meaning shoot at the spot where he will ussually pass through before reaching a bunker.

I think it's about it. Always remember few important things.

1) You must always walk the field before the game. You must know your battle field before you go to war. Look for places where people will ussually hide, shoot. By doing so, it would be easier to bunker them.

2) Must always position yor team mates and yourself. Remember paintball is all about team work. Make sure that all of your team mates are doing their duties ie back, mid , front players.

I hope you like what I have shared. Do bookmark it in your social bookmarks. If you don't know what is that, it is at the right side of my blog placed under "Share this blog"

Busy, Busy, Busy.. Just want to say a big apologize to all my readers and subscribers that I did not blog so much these days. I have a reason for that.

Before I continue writing this, just want to take a deep breath in a sign of relief that I am going to finish my website today :) it is

www.howtoplaypaintballonline.com/threesimpleways

I have wrote a short ebook for paintball and it is absolutely FREE, I can assure you that. You can go check it out tommorow!

"Why I am writing this ebook for free?"

People are asking me this. I have told them and now I am going to tell you the same thing.

My girlfriend is in a college right now (going to graduate next year, Thank God for that!) and you see, she has a lot of friends who is curious about paintball. Probably they are so-called the beginners in paintball.

Now, I know it has been in the States(U.S) for quite some time - Bravo to you people living in there! You brought us paintball :) and then it is spreading to all around the world like Canada, UK, Europe, Asia( Asians gradually accepting paintball, like paintball in Singapore... Etc)

For your information, I am living in Malaysia- Just in case you've missed out my profile, paintball is becoming more popular in my country.

She was telling me that a lot of her friends started to become so curious about paintball. Don't laugh when I tell you this; they are afraid of pain. I am serious.

Girls and guys in her class are talking about it and you know what, they have no idea how paintball is been played.

She told me that even some of them are afraid that it is a dangerous sports, and it can inflict a lot of pain " Not Paint" ..haha

A lot of pain? I don't think so, provided if you take paintball safety precautions of course.

So back to this paintball ebook I am writing, it teaches stuff like:-

* Techniques
* Strategies
* How to improve your paintball skils
* Drills
* and many more

I believe that it is a very good game and sport in every aspect of it, of course it is not cheap. Hey, what on earth does not cost you, it is whether how you make your paintball game more worth it. How? It depends on how many paint you use to hit the target and depending on how long you survive in the field.

I hope this ebook for paintball will at least, be able to help a certain group of people, like the beginners in paintball.

In a way, I am trying to promote paintball to as many people as possible because I really do believe that it is a good sport. You might not know, may be paintball will be in next Olimpic Event! I wished.

To those who are Pro's in paintball, I hope you can read it too and give some comments for the ebook on this post. I will appreciate it a lot. ANYONE can just give your feedbacks for my ebook on this post.

It's at www.howtoplaypaintballonline.com/threesimpleways

It's FREE!

I hope you guys enjoy reading it tommorow!

See you !

Oh my God it’s raining; we just have to cancel our paintball game! Do you really have to?

Paintball players like to play in the rain. They love it! It adds so much interest and challenge in the game.

When you play in the rain, you must know that everything will be muddy and slippery. It will eventually get harder when you sprint and pause and crouch. You will not get a clear visibility and your accuracy will change due to the wind and rain. It is as if like you choose HARD MODE when you play some game in your X-BOX. Thrilling!

I’m going to give you some tips and some guidelines so that you can enjoy playing paintball in under the rain together with the rest.

1) Put on something which is water proof for example a raincoat,” slicker”. You must stay dry so that you won’t shiver and affects your accuracy, mobility. You must remember to cover you head. Do not let water go in to your paintball mask because this will cause fogging and it will not be a comfortable time when you are wearing contact lenses.

2) Carry paper towels with you. This will come in handy when you need to wipe out the water or fog in your mask. Always duck when you are not in offensive mode. Do not let your opponent sabotage you while you are wiping your mask.

3) Wear gloves to prevent cold and wet hands.

4) Wear boots or cleats to keep your feet from getting wet.

5) Take extra garbage bags to use as cover for your paintball marker. This can also be a raincoat function, just in case you do not have one. You also need use it to cover your hopper too. Bring along some rubber bands too, you will know what and how to do with it.

Do not be afraid in trying new stuff. Just let your imagination run wild. Just as NIKE say this- JUST DO IT. Just have fun in the rain man!

Keep this in mind.

1) No swearing. Paintball is not buying vegetable in the wet market

2) Do not argue with the ‘ zebras’… I mean the referee :-)

3) Do not abuse your paintball marker. Which means do not fire it in you house, in your toilet, on you neighbor’s dog.

4) Have a goods sportsmanship. When you are being shot, that’s it. Don’t try to give excuse like’ I shot him first…bla bla bla’

MY SHORT INTERVIEW WITH A LOCAL PAINTBALLER EXPERT

DARREN: What is your preference between Xball and Woodsball?

AKUMA: I prefer woodsball of coz.

DARREN: And Y is that?

AKUMA: Woodsball is more fun for me coz when I started to play paintball I started as a woodsballer.I like the feeling of a Hunter looking for its Prey...Haha

DARREN: How is Xball to you?

AKUMA: The thing between Xball and woodsball is that, Xball marker shoots more than 20 paintballs in one trigger pressed. 20 shots on one target, you will sure on target. All I am saying is Xball do not need much of accuracy but it needs more agility and speed, stamina.

DARREN: Can u tell me more of you Woodsball experience?

AKUMA: It is fun! I still remember the first time when I played my first game, after the game-master whistle. I was like do not know where to run or hide. It was so fast for me. I can’t see my target. I remembered I ended up squatting behind a barrel when all my opponents are shooting at me and I can’t raise my head coz I am too scared of being shot. All I heard was the sound-the sound which was created by the paintball hitting on the metal container. TING!! TONG!!! It makes me even scarier to lift up my head.

DARREN: After that what happened?

AKUMA: I shoot point blank... (We both laugh) I was shooting at every direction. I don’t care who and where I’m shooting. I just do not want to get shot and sent out before I can even fire my first shot. It was a cool experience.

DARREN: Did you ‘die’ fast during your first game?

AKUMA: Nope.My team mates were covering me so that I can change my hiding place.

DARREN: What did u where at you first game?

AKUMA: I wore a normal jeans and long t-shirt.

DARREN: Did it feel good after your first game?

AKUMA: Yup, it really does feel good! That’s when I got addicted by it ..haha

DARREN: Why do you say so?

AKUMA: You see after my first game, I went home, the next day I went to do research on vest, mask, goggles, Markers..Etc.

DARREN: Did you buy it?

AKUMA: Yup I bought a vest, one helmet, gloves, knee guards, and a Tippmann Marker…and some paintballs.

DARREN: Why is the knee guard for?

AKUMA: Unlike paintball, in Woodsball sometime you need to squat very long and wait for you prey.

DARREN: What about gloves?

AKUMA: It was a Dye. The reason of wearing gloves in Woodsball is when you are running fast and you needed to grab something to stop your momentum, it protects you hands from cuts and other injuries.

DARREN: So you really a fanatic huh?

AKUMA: Yeap! that is correct. I played every week without fail even though feeling tired after work.

DARREN: What do you know of Marker Modification?

AKUMA: Woodsball marker is different from Xball paintguns. One single shot in every single time you press the trigger. You can modify it by putting an e-trigger or response trigger into it.

DARREN: What is a response trigger do?

AKUMA: A response trigger makes you trigger stay long when u press it. So once it stays long you paintball will come out like non-stop.

DARREN: Have u every heard of sniper marker?

AKUMA: From what I know, what will make your paintball shoot far and accurate is to change you barrel in to a 16 inch. Not longer than that.

DARREN: Why is that?

AKUMA: This is because you paintball will burst inside before it can come out from the marker due to the pressure of the Co2 tank. Sometime the paintball why fly out of the direction you aim. Which means it will not be accurate anymore, unless you can stabilize it with an AIR REGULATOR.

DARREN: How about strategies?

AKUMA: Hmm, That’s not much as a routine strategy unlike Xball due to the different ‘nature set-up’ of the field scenario, from what I know. The basic strategy is to press forward to your opponent’s side. Once you team mate covers you, you must run forward to get a place where you won’t get spotted so easily. Then you cover for your team mates to move up. Once a team mate being shot and eliminated, you must make sure someone fill up that empty space to avoid you opponent dominate that area. The beginning of the game Is also the very important- Finding a good spot to hide. By doing this the advantage is on your side.

DARREN: Well I Think that is all for now. Thanks for you time spent with me. I have learned a lot today .I really appreciate it. I hope one day I can play on the field together with you.

AKUMA: You are most welcome brother! Yup sure why not (Laugh together)
