Stealth mode during paintball? Are you sure?

I know sometimes wearing paintball suits like ghille or even some camouflage will make paintball game become more exciting.

Well, are you allowed to do so?

I would say “check what the field owner has to say”

Why?

Because sometimes is hard for the ref to identify or recognize the splat when you wear camouflage and ghillie suits.

Another thing is some ghillie suit are illegal because its pattern are identical with the real ones used by the military.

So to play on the safe side, please:-

1) Make sure you confirmed with the rules and regulations of the paintball field

2) Do not buy any illegal camouflage and ghillie suits- you do not want to play paintball behind bars.

With the new technology come unforeseen opportunities and issues. It is all about 3 things.

1) The paintball marker circuit board

2) Ramping

3) Rate of fire

Ramping is used to be existed in semi-auto mode. It is to enhance the performance of paintball marker electronically.

The result is a marker can shift to fully automatic mode from a semi. So instead of one ball released per trigger cycle, it will release more than one ball. Easy?

It is very hard to see whether it is a ramping with our human eyes and via special and sophisticated device as well.

A person can switch to a semi-auto while his gun is being tested but in the field is another thing. He switched to fully-automatic.

If you see another player beside you is firing faster than you, this is simply because of the circuit board in his paintball marker.

Sooner or later circuit board will be in every individual’s paintball marker in every game with the technology by Tadao and Advantage PB.

Keep this in mind.

1) No swearing. Paintball is not buying vegetable in the wet market

2) Do not argue with the ‘ zebras’… I mean the referee :-)

3) Do not abuse your paintball marker. Which means do not fire it in you house, in your toilet, on you neighbor’s dog.

4) Have a goods sportsmanship. When you are being shot, that’s it. Don’t try to give excuse like’ I shot him first…bla bla bla’

1. Do not aim the paintball marker at your friend’s face during outside of the paintball shooting zone just in case you accidentally pressed the trigger. By the time the paintball will replace your friend’s eye ball. Trust me on that.

2. Wear gloves is you are playing woodsball. The reason is because your hands might get hurt is you touch or grab something sharp while playing.

3. Do not drink so much water before the game. Repeat running sometimes will make your stomach cramp.

4. Do not open your head while you are in friendly fire zone. Do not means do not, even though you got shot on your face and you can’t see or even if there is fog in your goggles.

5. Always make sure the safety button on your marker is turned on while you are not inside the shooting zone.

6. Always insert the stopper in your marker while leaving the shooting zone.

7. Do not smoke too close to the tank in your marker.

8. Put on your knee and elbow guards if you play woodsball. It’s optional but advisable.

9. Vest is advisable if you are female. I’m not trying to be sexist here.

10. Do not fight over the match. It’s just a game dude. Don’t ended up at the police station or hospital.

PS: Alright guys, always remember, SAFETY FIRST and SAFETY PLAYING. View Full Post......
