Does is mean a longer barrel, the better the accuracy?

Yes and no.

When it comes to accuracy, you need to consider two factors.

1) The size of your paintball

2) The type and length of your barrel.

If your paintball is bigger than your barrel, it burst inside before it can even see the world!

So make sure that your paintball is:-

  • suitable for your barrel size
  • Test it by putting a paintball inside your barrel whether it can roll out smoothly.

A longer barrel can increase the distance of the shot. For instance, if we compare a 10 inch and a 16 inch with the same chronograph of 290 fps, 16 inch will travel 6 inches more than a 10 inch barrel.

A lot of paintball players are using 12inch to 16 inch barrel. To improve your paintball marker performance and to shoot more accurately, I recommended 12” to 14” length barrels.

I hope you can get something from this. Happy playinimprove on paintball shooting, paintball marker modificg paintball!
